My name is Cameron MacRae​ and I am fortunate enough to live in the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

In fact I live on the Isle of Skye, the largest of the Inner Hebrides Islands.

I was brought up in the village of Kyle of Lochalsh where I remained until I was 21 years old. I then moved to Skye where I met my wife Catherine. We have 2 children, Calum and Kirsty. 

I recently retired as a Police officer with the Police Service of Scotland where I gained a number of qualifications in relation to my driving. I am a Class 1 Advanced driver and an Advanced Driving Instructor. I will use this will make you more comfortable on your tour. During my time with the Police Service I served in a number of locations in the Highlands of Scotland. It was during this time that I gained a great deal of local knowledge about the area and it's history.

After I retired I decided to set up Scottish Car Tours and share some of my knowledge and experience with visitors to the Highlands of Scotland.
